opinion about graduated from uni at 83

Bert Gardner graduated has just graduated from university at 83. I was bit surprised when I first heard this story about him because I've never thought about spending the rest of my life studying.

I remember a sentence Gardner said "I did it to keep my mind active" I agree with this, but I don't really agree what he has done. You can also learn new things just taking an active part in society.

Anyway, you can choose your own life.

My First Day in Australia

When I first arrived in Australia I was really excited and it also was a nice experience for me. When I went out of the airport I felt very fresh air. I was really excited to see my cousin there. He left China 6 years before me. He came to the airport with my liitle cousin and this was my first time I had seem my little cousin.

He took me to my home in Hurstville which is where my monther lived. On the way, I saw many houses which are different from the ones in China.
It was half an hour later that, we arrived home and I was very tired, so i went to bed. When i got up it almost 4o'clock. I are some food and I talked with my brother. He said:" first we are going to do an important thing that is to learnEnflish...." Then, we decided to go to City to have look. Finally, we went to a Chinese Restaurant to have dinner.

I was very excited but i also very tired and I was bit anxious because I had left my friends behind. I hoped my new life in Australia would be happy and fun.

Last Sunday

Last Sunday I went to the City with my two classmates who studied English with me last semester.

We got there by the train at 1 o'clock and we went to a Chinese Restaurant at China town, After that we went to City Maket. There were many people and we saw a lots of interesting things, such as some little food which is likes beans I've never seen before. finally we went a games arcade. The most interesting one was Shoot At The Basket Machine, but I'm bad at this.

Anyway, we enjoyed it and we returned home about 5pm.

Holiday

I had a two week holiday from 11th of April to 27th of April. I was working all the time but every Sunday was a day off. In my free time, I made beautiful pictures on the computer with Photoshop, but I needed a long time to do this. It's also good for me to pass my time.

On 25th of April I went to the RTA (Roads & Traffic Authority) and did the driving test and I drove for 45 minutes but I didn't pass. The driving coach told me I did something wrong when I was driving. I'll do it again and I hope I can pass next time. And also I had some good news in my holiday, that I was going to get much money from work.

Last day of TAFE

Last day of TAFE
Today is Thursday the 10th of April . The weather is warm and it will be hot in the afternoon. Today we will have a party for Last day of TAFE and it also someone will go.
The Sunny is my classmate and also is my friend but He will leave TAFE and going to the City for study. So, I very say hear his going. But I think his going is good for him, Because his was move house to City.

I’ll stay here and studies more.I wish have one day see him again!

Here,I hope my teather Geeta have good holiday and I also hope everyone have good holiday!

Today is Thursday.The weather's warm and I think it will be hot in afternoon.
I got up too later Today,because I went to bed too later last night.
I arrive TAFE at 8 o'clock and about ten o'clock we are having a paty for harmony day . Tomorrow will be Easter Day and I think I going to see Easter show!!!

I come from China. China is a big country and accounts for 21% of total population in the world. I think China's population is up to 1300 million now.
I live oin the South of China. It never snows in the South of China. So, I have never seen real snow. I hope one day. I can see real snow! China has 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, 4 municipalities directly under the Central Govenment and two special administrative regions.
So,This is My Country! Welcome home!

Holle! My name's Wang Chen and I came from China. Now I have moved to Australia with my family.I have been in Australia for 8 months.

I live in Hurstville.
